So, you have a vacancy and need a permanent member of staff from day 1, that's great news. All we need from you is a 5-minute phone call to find out what you're are looking for in a candidate and a job specification (even better if we can come down for a coffee and a nosey to see exactly what the job is) That's it! From there we do the rest. The Hiring Heroes will collate several relevant CVs, perform an initial telephone call, a secondary chat in our office and then forward a GDPR compliant CV to you ready for you to decide.

Fingers crossed the interview went well, you liked the candidate and you want to offer them the role. From there we charge 9%+ VAT of the candidate's annual salary. Now for a common question..." But what happens if the candidate leaves?" Don't panic we offer a rebate structure or offer a free replacement!

Temporary to Permanent Recruitment

All of a sudden your business has become super busy, you need 6/7 people to join the business but don't want to commit to taking them on full time straight away, you don't have the time to recruit yourself, no problem. We can offer a 12-week temp-perm service for your company.

From here we CV source, Interview, ID check and Reference check before they come to you. We will then add a margin onto the person's hourly rate and they will commit to working for 12 weeks for you, (this gives you the option to make sure the candidate is right for you and you are the right company for the candidate). We payroll them, sort any issues and manage from our side, all we need from you is a timesheet at the end of each week, pretty simple really... If after 12 weeks you wish to take them on permanently it will be at no further cost to your company.
